Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Norwegian consumer protection law (Forbrukerkjøpsloven § 18 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

This right applies to distance contracts (online purchases) as defined in Norwegian law. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the product or the day a third party (other than the carrier) receives it.

2. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the product (Forbrukerkjøpsloven § 18(2)).

You may use the model withdrawal form provided by the European Commission, but it is not mandatory.

3. How to Return

To return a product, please contact us at online@slozarinhriz.world with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Product name and quantity
  • Reason for return (optional)

We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the product must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Be in its original, unopened condition
  • Include all original packaging and documentation
  • Not be damaged or used

5. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product unless:

  • The product was defective or incorrect
  • We failed to inform you about your right of withdrawal

In such cases, we will bear the return shipping costs.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will:

  • Process your refund within 14 business days
  • Refund the purchase price using the same payment method you used for the original transaction
  • Notify you via email once the refund has been processed

We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or until you have provided proof of return.

7. Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Forbrukerkjøpsloven § 22, your right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons
  • Products that have been damaged due to your fault or negligence
  • Products that have been significantly altered or modified
  • Custom-made or personalized products (if applicable)

Important: You may examine the product as you would in a shop, but you are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

8. Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will:

  • Arrange for a replacement or full refund
  • Cover all return shipping costs
  • Process your claim as quickly as possible

9. Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will process a full refund immediately.

10. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take 5-10 business days.

11. Partial Refunds

We may issue partial refunds in the following cases:

  • If only part of your order is returned
  • If the returned product shows signs of use or damage
  • If original packaging is missing
